The Grandparents Gaunt also threw a birthday party for their (really deserving, right?) grandchildren upon our arrival, having missed the 1st and the 4th birthdays. Isaiah kindly showed Miriam how to blow out her own candle, and did a great job of diverting his own wind to keep her flame alight. Aw shucks, that's what brothers are for.
We all remembered that we really, really like Granddad and Grandma and discovered that we also really like Blue Bunny Birthday Cake Ice Cream. It's blue and gooey and delicious.
The rest of our visit we must have had even more fun than the zoo and the birthday party. I know this because I was too distracted to drag out the camera much. Yep, we'd do it all again. Right now.
