I deem the 3rd Birthday Party of one Isaiah D. to be: a success! I'm simultaneously wired and exhausted, which is one way to tell a good party. Another way to tell a good party is asleep in the other room. In spite of being only nearly 3, I am very proud to report that he shared his backyard and pool (with 7 other kids!) like quite a gentleman. He was too busy to eat. He had heartfelt thanks for all the people who lovingly bestowed him with gifts. And as I was tucking him in, he said, "I don't want a Scooby Doo cake again. I want a Mystery Machine cake!" So. I guess I have a year to figure that one out.
