Miriam, regarding flatware


Miriam: "Where do I put this thork?"

Mom: "What are you talking about?"

Miriam: "This thhhhhhork.  Where does it go?"

Mom:  "Do you mean that fork?"

Miriam, exasperated: "Mama!  It only has THREE spikes, not FOUR.  It's not a FOURK.  Thhhhhork!"
